Unlike other companies, we do a complete PC tune up from cleaning the inside of your computer to boosting the performance of your operating system. Just like you take your car for an oil change, tire rotation, engine tune up every 3000 miles or so – a computer requires the same for optimum performance and longevity. The majority of us don’t bother to do so even though we spend more time working our computers than we actually do our cars, think about it. 1- Internal clean up – removing dust, check for hardware malfunction, wire connectivity, cooling device, heat sink, fans, memory, processors etc...We will also clean your mouse, keyboard and the external of the computer. (For this service alone, most companies charge up to $100 / hour and more)

2- Antivirus Update / Installation / Virus Scan – We will scan your computer for virus. If you already have antivirus software, we will update it (charges may apply from your antivirus software as most antivirus software companies do charge for update). We can also install one of our free antivirus software (Free of charge). This service alone may cost you up to $125.00.

3- Spyware Removal and Prevention – Find, detect and remove spyware such as pop-ups, unwanted window ads, homepage take-over, etc… In addition, we will install free antispyware and anti pop-up tools in order to prevent future spyware attacks. (could be charged up to $100 / hour )

4- Cleaning out your internet browser cache (internet temporary files ) Temporary Internet Files folder contains a kind of travel record of the items you have seen, heard, or downloaded from the Web, including images, sounds, Web pages, even cookies. Typically these items are stored in the Temporary Internet Files folder. Storing these files in your cache can make browsing the Web faster because it usually takes your computer less time to display a Web page when it can call up some of the page's elements or even the entire page from your local Temporary Internet Files folder. All those files stored in your cache take up space; The best way to save up space is by clearing up the cache. We can also set your browser based on your preference, for example we can set your homepage to whatever page you want it set to, we can clear up your browser history, set browser security, minimize cookies etc… We will also remove unwanted program files etc.. 7- Automatic Updates – Based on your preference, we can set up the operating system to download updates automatically as they become available. (could be charged up to $100 / hour )

8- Drivers and software updates – Most often hardware manufacturers will have driver update as they become aware of hardware problems. Let’s say your network card is malfunctioning, it could be because of a problem that can be fixed by an updated driver from the manufacturer. When you think you need a new network card, you might be in need of a driver update. We will install all the latest driver updates for your hardware: motherboard – bios, network card, sound card, modem, etc... (could save you hundreds of dollar)

9- Starts right up – We will remove some of the start up programs based on your preferences in order to reduce start up time. When your computer starts, instead of all the programs starting at once, only those you want started will start reducing start up time dramatically. (could be charged up to $100 / hour )

10- Disk Clean up and Defragmentation – We will scan your disk for errors and defragment it to save up space. We will also remove unwanted programs, files, etc..
